However early on in pregnancy your loss was, or however late; you have lost a child and we are so sorry for your loss.
Your loss may have been a recent occurrence, or it could have happened years or decades ago. You may have experienced one loss, or many.
A pregnancy loss can leave a woman or man feeling overwhelmed with unanswerable questions and grief. A sense of isolation and loss are common and may leave you feeling like you can't move forward.
Bluebells can give you the time and space to listen as you share your story in a safe and compassionate environment. We can help you work through your emotions that surround your loss. We allow you time to express your pain, hurt and disappointment and will support you for as long as you feel it necessary.

Grief is normal. When you lose a baby you also lose so many potential memories and experiences with that child; the loss of hope and dreams for the future.
Step by Step Programme for Pregnancy Loss
A 10 week program to begin your journey of healing and helping you move forward
A structured support programme for anyone experiencing a pregnancy loss.
A caring one-to-one support that will help you to explore the emotional effects of your loss and to enable you to grieve.
We want to give you hope that you are able to move forward. The course is structured over 10 sessions, but is flexible to meet your needs.

We start the Step by Step Programme no sooner than 3 months following a loss. This is to give your body the chance to heal and to give you time to process your raw emotions following your sad loss. If your loss was less than 3 months ago and you would like someone to talk to, please do contact us as we can offer you one or more listening sessions.
